Account & Billing

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until your period ends.

Is there a refund policy? No refunds for digital products. See Refund Policy

Do credits roll over? No. Unused credits expire at each billing cycle.

Can I switch plans? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.


Code & Ownership

Do I own the code VULK generates? Yes, 100%. Use it however you want, including commercial projects.

Can I use VULK for client projects? Absolutely. Many agencies use VULK to build client apps.

Can I modify the generated code? Yes. Export and modify freely. It's your code.


AI & Generation

What AI models does VULK use? Claude Sonnet 4, GPT-4o, Gemini Pro, DeepSeek V3.

Is AI-generated code perfect? No. AI has limitations. Always review before production.

How long does generation take? Typically 20-40 seconds for a new project.


Projects & Limits

Is there a project limit? No. All plans have unlimited projects.

Are my projects private? Yes. Projects are private by default.

What happens if I run out of credits? You cannot generate until credits renew or you upgrade.
