Refund Policy
Summary
VULK subscriptions are non-refundable as they are digital products delivered instantly.
Why No Refunds?
When you subscribe to VULK:
- You get immediate access to all features
- Credits are instantly available for use
- Generated code is yours to keep forever
This follows industry standard practices for digital SaaS products.
What Happens When You Cancel?
- Keep full access until your billing period ends
- Existing projects remain accessible
- Exported code is yours forever
- Unused credits stay available until period ends
After the billing period ends, your account becomes view-only (no new generations).
Exceptions
We may consider refunds ONLY for:
- Billing errors - Duplicate charges or system errors
- Extended outages - Service unavailable 72+ consecutive hours
- Exceptional cases - Reviewed individually

Disputes & Chargebacks
Warning: Filing a payment dispute without contacting us first results in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of access to all projects
- Possible permanent ban
