Refund Policy

Summary

VULK subscriptions are non-refundable as they are digital products delivered instantly.

Why No Refunds?

When you subscribe to VULK:

  • You get immediate access to all features
  • Credits are instantly available for use
  • Generated code is yours to keep forever

This follows industry standard practices for digital SaaS products.

What Happens When You Cancel?

  • Keep full access until your billing period ends
  • Existing projects remain accessible
  • Exported code is yours forever
  • Unused credits stay available until period ends

After the billing period ends, your account becomes view-only (no new generations).

Exceptions

We may consider refunds ONLY for:

  1. Billing errors - Duplicate charges or system errors
  2. Extended outages - Service unavailable 72+ consecutive hours
  3. Exceptional cases - Reviewed individually

Disputes & Chargebacks

Warning: Filing a payment dispute without contacting us first results in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all projects
  • Possible permanent ban
