Subscription Expiration

What happens when your VULK subscription expires or payment fails.

What Happens When Your Subscription Expires

Subscription Cycle

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date.

If Payment Fails

When a payment fails:

  1. Grace period: 3 days to update payment method
  2. Notification: Email sent about failed payment
  3. Retry: We automatically retry payment
  4. Suspension: After 7 days, account becomes read-only

When Subscription Ends

What You Keep

  • Access to view all projects
  • All generated code (read-only)
  • Account and profile
  • Project history
  • Exported code on your computer

What You Lose

  • New project generation
  • Project editing
  • Export functionality
  • Deploy functionality
  • Priority support

Your Projects Are SAFE

We do NOT delete your projects when subscription ends.

Your projects remain in your account indefinitely. You can:

  • View them anytime
  • Reactivate to edit them again

Reactivate Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Update payment method if needed
  3. Choose your plan
  4. Access restored immediately

Cancel vs Let Expire

If you cancel:

  • Keep access until period ends
  • No further charges

If payment fails:

  • Grace period of 7 days
  • Then read-only access
