Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Currency

Prices are in EUR. Your bank may convert to your local currency.

Invoices

Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Access past invoices in Settings - Billing.

Update Payment Method

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Billing
3. Click Update Payment Method
4. Enter new card details

Payment Failed?

If payment fails:

1. Check card details are correct
2. Ensure sufficient funds
3. Contact your bank if blocked
4. Update payment method in Settings

You have 7 days grace period before account suspension.
